Today i helped out my parents by putting up streamers for my mums party. I knew they were grateful because they said that they couldnt have done it with out me. I felt great!!!

Today I helped out my gym coach by helping her set up the box top for vault. I knew she was grateful because she said thank you!!

Today i helped out my dad and mum because while they were out I did the downstairs curtains for them. I havent been doing much lately as i am busy doing my science fair!!!

Today i was nice to my sister because i let her use my computer. I knew she was thankful because she said thank you. I knew this was a kind deed because i shared something with someone. I realized that kind deeds are not just deeds of helping someone they can be any kind!!

Today I helped out my mum by cleaning up the kitchen. I knew she was greatful because she was happy and said thank you!

Today I made a big difference by helping my family clean up. I also helped my parents decide what to wear to an 80s party. I knew they were grateful because afterwards they took me shopping, they also said thanks a lot for your help.

Today i made a dufference for my family by unloading and stacking the dishes, and by opening all of the downstairs curtains!!! I knew that they were proud of me by the way they looked at me and because they said thankyou. I think that everyone is seeing a change inn me during this project!!!
